Big size hotel with particularly good and unbeatable location close to bus stop, Marienplatz and the nearest tram/train station and market, halal restaurant and shopping center. Helpful stuff with great local knowledge. Quiet atmosphere, a wide array of freshly made dishes. Very comfortable experience there.

It is a comfortable hotel and I thoroughly enjoyed its cheap rooms and AMICABLE personnel. When I am in Munich, I like staying here.

This so-called aparthotel was a disaster. The air was stuffy, and i can't believe they expect guests to tolerate such heat without even a fan. There was no closet, just a drawer on its last legs. I almost left a great review but then we didn't even get a welcome gift. What a letdown.

The fresh bread rolls at the canteen are a game changer, and the nearby Irodion restaurant is a gem worth exploring! Plus, the rooms are spacious, giving you plenty of room to unwind.
It adds character!

missingWrote a review on 01 Octlarge windowskitchen equipmentno air conditioning
The room had large windows that could effectively open wide, nice for good ventilation when handled correctly. The kitchen provided essential equipment, perfect for those looking to whip up a meal.
No air conditioning made the summer heat unbearable, especially from the top floor. The curtains were dysfunctional, offering little relief from the bright morning sun. There was also no closet for hanging clothes, just a shaky drawer that looks like it might fall apart. Wi-Fi was unreliable early in the day and during busy times near Oktoberfest, leading to frustrating interruptions. Water was unavailable for several hours, but this was a one-off occurrence.

good kitchenette, spacious room, fresh croissants
No air conditioning made the heat unbearable!!! Dysfunctional curtains let in too much sunlight!!! Infrequent housecleaning made for dusty conditions!!! The lack of a proper closet was disappointing!!! Noise from nearby activity was bothersome!!!

The room was surprisingly spacious, but unfortunately, it lacked a closet, only offering a fragile drawer for storage. Though the kitchen was stocked, I found myself needing to purchase additional utensils for convenience. Wi-Fi was unreliable at times but stabilized later in my stay.

I stayed at firstsleep boardinghouse griesfeldstrasse muenchen aparthotel for 2 nights, and it was great. The location is close to a business park where options are limited. I appreciated how the guy at reception rearranged our rooms to get us closer since we had to take two separate rooms. It made things easier for our family.
the only downside was that there were no family rooms available.
