The kitchen was equipped, offering great flexibility! The staff was friendly and genuinely tried to help.

Housecleaning was infrequent, requiring some self-maintenance. Noise concerns mentioned by others were unverified .

Big size hotel with particularly good and unbeatable location close to bus stop, Marienplatz and the nearest tram/train station and market, halal restaurant and shopping center. Helpful stuff with great local knowledge. Quiet atmosphere, a wide array of freshly made dishes. Very comfortable experience there.

It is a comfortable hotel and I thoroughly enjoyed its cheap rooms and AMICABLE personnel. When I am in Munich, I like staying here.

This so-called aparthotel was a disaster. The air was stuffy, and i can't believe they expect guests to tolerate such heat without even a fan. There was no closet, just a drawer on its last legs. I almost left a great review but then we didn't even get a welcome gift. What a letdown.

The fresh bread rolls at the canteen are a game changer, and the nearby Irodion restaurant is a gem worth exploring! Plus, the rooms are spacious, giving you plenty of room to unwind.

No air conditioning made the summer heat unbearable, especially from the top floor. The curtains were dysfunctional, offering little relief from the bright morning sun. There was also no closet for hanging clothes, just a shaky drawer that looks like it might fall apart. Wi-Fi was unreliable early in the day and during busy times near Oktoberfest, leading to frustrating interruptions. Water was unavailable for several hours, but this was a one-off occurrence.

Staying here made it super simple to stroll through the nearby ostpark and enjoy the beautiful green spaces, as well as quickly access cultural gems like the deutsches museum, less than 5 km away, making my weekend adventures good and nice.

I stayed at firstsleep boardinghouse griesfeldstrasse muenchen aparthotel for 2 nights, and it was great. The location is close to a business park where options are limited. I appreciated how the guy at reception rearranged our rooms to get us closer since we had to take two separate rooms. It made things easier for our family.

the only downside was that there were no family rooms available.

This place has a nice restaurant perfect for a casual meal and drinks.
